Who is this recommended for?

Energy healing is highly recommended for anybody looking for energetic assistance when it comes to conquering fears and insecurities, letting go, healing from past traumas, inner childhood wounds, dealing with heavy emotions, uncertainty, mental or emotional pain, and even physical ailments. Multiple reiki sessions may also reverse disease!

Healings are performed at the exact time you schedule, and you will receive a detailed report sent to your email address of what I have noticed, sensed, or felt as I direct healing energy to your entire body, organs, mind, and wherever else it needs to go. Please check your email regularly, as this will be our main form of communication!

The energy will always go where it is needed the most. I can and will feel it in my own body while I work on you. Most people report feeling a peaceful sense of relaxation during and after their session. There is no need to worry about whether or not it worked, some people experience temporary "side effects" while most do not. Every individual responds to energy healing differently, and any side effects typically do not last longer than 24 hours.

Sessions typically last 30 minutes long. We recommend that you find a quiet place where you can lay down and rest undisturbed for the duration of the session. Be sure to submit the intake form at the bottom of this page when scheduling a session!

Reiki affects every one of us differently, in my own experience, I have felt slight pressure in my head afterward and have received incredible epiphanies and emotional releases during the session and within the following days. Some individuals may experience temporary symptoms of spiritual detoxing such as tiredness or runny nose that typically last less than 24 hours. This is rare, but it can happen. However, most people report feeling a sense of peace and contentment wash over them, while others report feeling warmness, tingling sensations, and deep relaxation. Other individuals report feeling nothing at all during the session but end up feeling noticeably better within hours to days after having received reiki. Typically, the more sensitive you are to subtle energy, the more likely you are to experience symptoms. Remember that everyone responds to energy healing differently.
